RG employees came together for a great cause! We rallied together to raise funds, and our dedication and teamwork propelled us to first place! We are happy to know that we helped make it possible for students to start the school year equipped with the tools they need to thrive. Winning the Back to School Battle came with an unforgettable reward: a personal visit from Omaha native and world champion boxer Terence Crawford. Crawford, widely respected not only for his achievements in the ring but also for his dedication to uplifting his community, dropped in to celebrate with RG & Associates’ staff! His visit served as a powerful reminder that greatness—whether in sports or in service—comes from discipline, teamwork, and heart.
Youth of the Year: Celebrating Youth Destined to be Great
For three years now, RG & Associates has mentored a student for the Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year. The commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America goes far beyond donations—it’s deeply personal. Gabby Diamond, Jamari Richards, Mark Riemer, and other employees invested countless hours mentoring a remarkable student as they prepared to enter the Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year competition. From refining speeches and practicing interview skills to building confidence and leadership presence, the team met regularly to provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world insight. The time spent wasn’t just about preparing for a competition—it was about empowering a young leader to recognize their potential, share their story with pride, and step boldly into their future.
