Tricia is the founding member of RG & Associates. She was the Managing Tax Partner at one of Omaha’s largest local public accounting firms before starting the firm in the summer of 2012. With twenty-five years of experience in the industry, not only does she know what she is doing but she listens to what you need, where you want to go, and what you want to do. With Tricia, it is about understanding the “Big Picture,” creating a strategy to get you there, and implementing the pieces one by one until the goal is achieved.

Tricia received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Nebraska Society of CPA’s and is involved in the tax section of the AICPA and various committees for Nebraska Society. She is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council and has also served on several civic and charitable boards along with being active in her children’s college and school activities.

Tricia practices in all areas of taxation and specializes in business consulting, litigation support and tax planning & compliance work. She is also a State and Local Tax expert – a tax area which has created many issues for local businesses in the last several years. She has helped many clients through the stress of federal and state tax audits and services numerous clients in the medical, real estate and construction industries. Tricia is a regular public speaker, a business consultant, CPA, Partner, mother and cancer survivor.

Under RG & Associates, Tricia applies her big firm technical skills and expertise to help clients at more affordable rates and direct partner access. She appreciates her clients and considers building strong connections with them as the key to her success.
