Matilda Saunders-Welch
Staff Accountant
Matilda graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Accounting. Before her current role, she worked with economic development organizations, supporting local businesses and community growth projects.
She also serves as a Blackhawk pilot in the Nebraska Army National Guard, where her aviation experience has strengthened her communication, decision-making, and ability to perform under pressure.
Outside of work, Matilda enjoys spending time with her husband, Preston, and their dog, Pancake. Together, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and finding new experiences as a family.
