Lexi Kajdasz

Lexi earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2022 and her Master of Business Administration in 2023, both from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. During her time at UNO, she played soccer for two years before the COVID-19 pandemic ended her season. Afterward, she transitioned to working full-time as an accounting intern while completing her degree, gaining experience at several firms in Omaha.
Lexi began her professional career in Big 4 accounting, where she built a strong foundation in audit services. In December 2024, she joined RG, shifting her focus from audit to tax and continuing to grow her expertise in delivering exceptional client service.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys running and has completed one marathon and three half marathons. She loves spending time with friends and family and snuggling with her two cats, Stormi and Stella. Lexi also enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, Travis—especially to destinations with beaches or mountains for hiking.
