Austen Thielen

Austen Thielen graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting. He earned his CPA license in 2021.

He started at RG & Associates in 2025 and is a valued team member in our A&A Department. He has experience delivering audit and other assurance services to clients in the governmental, not-for-profit, and private business sectors. He also serves on the Nebraska Society of CPA’s Governmental and Not-For-Profit Committee.

While not at work, Austen also enjoys golfing while the weather is warm and hunting when the weather turns cold.
