Andy Staiert

Andy graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy later that year. He earned his CPA license in 2022.

Andy began his public accounting career at RSM US LLP, serving clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, consumer products, and family offices. As he progressed from intern to tax manager, he developed a deep appreciation for the relationships he built with clients and the opportunity to help them achieve their goals. In August 2026, Andy joined RG & Associates to pursue his passion for supporting small businesses and their owners through tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Bailey, and their Australian Shepherd, Luna. When he’s not exploring with them, Andy maintains a love/hate relationship with the game of golf and a similar relationship with the Iowa Hawkeyes.
